Was with Ideal for 18 months had no problems with them, worked in two roles in Stoke-on-Trent. Very responsive via email if needed holidays added or to send them any other information. I sent my weekly hours every week via email and got thanked. Has SMS on many Fridays saying they hope I had a good week in my role, any problems contact them. If needed to phone up during office hours always someone there. Recommended.

I have experience on PPT's, pump trucks, just passed both FTL reach and counter balance with an health and safety qualification in the works for the end of this month, with my work experience id say I am qualified in warehousing.Dealing with this agency has been an headache, agreed multiple times for an interview with one employer back and forth, so i was confident of getting an interview, yet they rang me again, i didnt answer the phone immediately, i called under an hour later so they didnt book an interview when i previously agreed multiple times.Then they put me on a reserve list encase someone dropped out, which turned out to be 21 people applying for 5 positions and if it doesnt happen i could look around around the site" as if that was a great thing to console me

Had to threaten legal action to get pay and holiday pay when contract terminated and then they made me wait a week on top of that, they seem incapable of closing out accounts properly which may simply be a lack of experience or incompetence.I am going to be contacting the Employment Agency Standards Inspectorate to report there working practices.I do not recommend working with them.
