Had to give a 5 star review as we had great service from start to finish. Beginning with the measuring up and advice given by Jason, through to the professional, friendly in store help from Mathew and the fantastic fitting by Rich. We are so pleased we chose Flooring UK and have already recommended them to friends.

Cant praise Mathew enough. Straight from the onset he was professional, knowledgable and extremely honest about the flooring that would work in our victorian house. Initially, we were only getting the living room done but love it that much we are getting the hall done now too. The fitters, Garry and Jacko, were very quick and did an outstanding job . Highly recommend .

First class service from Matt, Devin. Jason and our fitter Richie.cant recommend them enough. Really pleased with our laminate flooring. It looks fab-u-lus.well done to all at Birkenhead branch

Can’t recommend Rich and Mark enough either, very polite and carried out a professional job on our laminate, carpet and stair runner. Sadly a disappointing and stressful experience through Flooring UK fitting our LVT Karndean. Initial customer service from in store was great and we felt confident buying through them. Really knowledgeable and talking about damp proofing our floor to ensure correct base for LVT which we duly paid for. The fitters arrived and completed half the job complaining they had not been given enough product. After checking CCTV footage it became clear damp course had not been fitted and upon other flooring specialists checking floor it had been layed in a very poor manner. After raising concerns to store on more than one occasion we we reassured it had been done correctly despite no offer to visit and check without me asking. After advising the store of our CCTV footage they agreed for the fitters to return to 'redo' the floor again. The attitude of the fitters on both occasions was rude and intimidating, while in our house they moved cameras to face walls so as not to be seen! We complained again and at the point we were ready to walk away Hannah at head office who was incredibly helpful and listened to our concerns, managed to swap the fitters for the final part of the work to Scott and his team who were amazing. Since the fit we have recieved no follow up from the store which is very disappointing given they knew how stressful this had been. In all honesty, if we hadn't had cctv or pursued our concerns of the poor quality of screed work, we would have not recieved the service we paid for to protect our floor undoubtedly leading to issues in the future. We went through significant disruption due to redoing the floor screed leading to personal financial loss which the store was aware of but failed to acknowledge or apologise for. Incredibly disappointing experience save for good support from Hannah before she went on maternity leave and fit from Scott and his team.

The floor we chose is amazing, Ross in Flooring uk helped us choose the tiles and tramline detailing - Chris Kent who laid the floor - what a professional - his prep work was brilliant, his laying of the tiles and the intricate detailing of the tramlines was an art form. Brilliant Craftsman. Highly recommended

So thrilled with our stairs, landing and hallway supplied by Flooring Uk and fitted beautifully by their fitters Rich. Always does such a great job to a really high standard. Was due to get herringbone flooring done from another company who had recently fitted carpets upstairs but wasn’t impressed with their service and excuses so decided to look around.After reading a number of reviews popped into the store feeling I already knew Matts level of service. It matched the reviews. Really professional and kept us informed throughout process. So much so that we went back to get bathroom flooring done.Mark the fitter did a great job fitting the herringbone flooring with lots of knucks in the rooms. Looks really professional and worked hard doing it.Totally recommend the company. Level of service and quality of fitting worth it.
