Fantastic service, call at 8pm & was out by 10pm to fix my sounder which was just making a racket.New batteries fitted in our whole house & a couple of fobs being supplied too.Stuart seemed a genuinely nice guy & would recommend to anyone.

Stuart came out to replace our alarm system which was 20 years old. We are absolutely delighted with the work carried out. He asked what we wanted and replaced like for like but with very modern and updated parts. I was very impressed with the outside alarm box on the house which lights up at night - that on it's own is a deterrent. It's guaranteed for 1 year and when the year is up you can take out a maintenance plan with Stuart which we will certainly be doing. I cannot recommend this company highly enough. Totally unreliable, would look at alternatives.He advised he would phone me back to let me know his availability but never returned my call.When I called for the 3rd time we agreed a date/time however he was a no show. I called him and was told we'd need to reschedule. In the end we went with another company. Really poor all round.
