N&C Tiles and Bathrooms

I ordered tiles in October and was then informed they were out of stock. I was told my tiles would be delivered in the first week of November but they didn’t arrive and no update from the company. I decided to email them and ask for an update, I was told due to bad weather my tiles couldn’t be delivered but they assured me they would be with me by the 5th of December. Again this date arrived and my tiles did not, when I contacted them they said my tiles had been missed off the shipment and now wouldn’t be arriving until the first week of January. Again this date has now passed and still no tiles, I contacted the company and they have said their forklift truck is broken so can’t get my tiles out of the shipping container. All of this feels like a very long winded tale and I feel like I have been repeatedly lied to. The company haven’t been proactive in managing my order and it is constantly me chasing for updates, if I hadn’t of chased my delivery in October I very much doubt the company would have gotten in touch to inform me of the delays. I will not buy from this company again and will not recommend them to family/friends.
