My first visit to the course and I wasn't disappointed. The fairways and greens are in superb condition and the surrounding views are fantastic. The staff were all very friendly, and they have a nice bar with outside seating on the 19th

What I love most about this course is the warm friendly welcome from the Pro Shop team. When I played my first round I was greeted in the Pro Shop by Jamie. After my below horrible golfing performance after round one I decided to book lessons with Jamie. A decision which proved to be a wonderful idea.I continued with a lesson each week for the month as I was staying in the area and my game improved ten fold. I highly recommend Jamie as a coach.The course is in good condition and well worth a few rounds and lessons if it fits your schedule. Playing Grange over Sands I thoroughly enjoyed the challenge and need for positioning off the tee. Accuracy is definitely rewarded. The practice facilities are great for a warm-up.All in all a fantastic experience and I can't wait to return for more coaching.Thanks again Grange over Sands Team!

A very pleasant Golf course. Well maintained. Club house and Pro shop very friendly and helpful

Cost me 35 pounds a round take 4 hours to play the course is flat as a pancake lots of trees on it well worth it

Made to feel welcome from arriving at the course. Great condition and a fantastic layout. Very easy to walk. The wind howling off the bay makes for a interesting challenge

This was my first visit to Grange Over Sands. The course is well set out and very well presented. The greens are smooth with no bobbles, a prime example of what can be achieved by attentive green keeper's. The staff are very friendly and accommodating, so much so I played 36 holes in total. All in all a great day of golf.

What a great course. Really interesting holes, some tricky short ones but what really matters here is how friendly and welcoming the club is to visitors. Julie could not have done more to accommodate the 2 of us and our dog, even preparing some fresh water for him when we came in on a sunny day. Breakfast rolls were fab too. Thank you so much Grange Over Sands golf club, you set a hospitality standard. We will be back next year for our annual visit to here and Cartmel races. Wonderful.
