From the moment he picked up the phone, Mark France at Stafford Land Rover was super-helpful and we are absolutely delighted with the stunning vehicle we have purchased. Mark picked us up from the station and the car was all ready to go in the showroom, looking immaculate! We can't fault the service we received and would highly recommend.

Brilliant service from Mark France, arranged test drive in a speedy manner and then worked miracles to get the vehicle ready for me to collect a couple of days later. Thanks Mark!

Awarded 1 star because 0 isn’t an option. Dealt with salesman Mark France throughout the purchase of my 7th Range Rover Sport but first from this dealership. Paying for the vehicle in full was frowned upon and I was pushed for finance packages which i declined. Delivery day went from 3 days to almost 3 weeks with excuse after excuse. Got the car home 35 miles later the engine management light came on and had the AA on my drive, they diagnosed 5 engine faults despite landrover’s rigorous 165 point inspection. Was told the car would have 2 tyres replaced but on collection it had only one which was a budget tyre which is a complete miss match with the other 3 tyres I have been advised this is a safety issue. Presentation wasn’t the best either as I was offered a £50 fuel incentive rather than repair a scuff on the bumper which I declined. Rang Mark to discuss the issues and was told maybe a used car isn’t for you! Payed almost £50k for a car and got treated like rubbish. Returned the car and requested a full refund which took 12 days, Mark never approached us on our return as he was “busy”. Never had a follow up email/call to discuss the experience. Definitely wouldn’t recommend Stafford Landrover and judging by the previous reviews said salesman has cost this dealership 100k+ in a matter of weeks. 0 Stars.

Poor experience, won’t embarrass the dealership, but hubby will not use Stafford Land Rover again.

So, off the back of a car issue with our last car, we decided to change cars. What a fabulous customer experience! Went above and beyond to get car ready and take us through every question before we had asked. Fabulous. Thanks Phil!

Once again 5 star service from Mark France at Stafford Land Rover the selling of our Velar and buying of Range Rover Sport all went really quickly and very smooth. Mark was extremely knowledgeable of his product and helpful with any questions we had. This is the second time we have bought with Mark’s help and definitely won’t be the last in my opinion he went that extra mile.Thanks Mark

I was on the fence writing this review - having been a customer since 2012 and having 4 cars - I’ve always been a customer of Jon who has been great over the years.However, after recently getting our Discovery stolen I had several communications with Adam who was fantastic with all the document requests we had (thank you) - we visited the site whilst waiting for the payout as we have 2 small children and needed something lined up as the courtesy car was about to be returned - as we had dropped in Mark showed us around 3 cars, which was fine although he does need to learn that the male in the party isn’t the only one he should be directing the decision making to, to be honest it really put me off buying very old fashioned approach. We liked one of the velars but was put off putting a deposit down as apparently it only lasts 24 hours and we needed a week as funds were on route to us from the insurer. We decided to go home, but stressed that we wanted that car - lo and behold within literally a day or so it was gone, no call no heads up and no follow up.I called in and was told by our usual guy that because we were shown around 3 cars we were now ‘owned’ by mark… which didn’t sit well with me after the experience I had.I must say having been a customer for so long, and having our car stolen meaning repeat business for them - not one person called us to see how things were getting on or to check in and book is in, knowing they’d get repeat business.Very disappointing and we decided to go elsewhere.
