Really positive experience dealing with them and I have no worries about getting my full deposit back this time. I used Eternal cleaning to get an end-of-tenancy clean for my two-bed, two bath duplex. I had been mucked about by three or four other cleaning companies and was at my wits end.Before the clean, Eternal were easy to deal with, efficient and communicative. Their prices are very competitive.They sent two very friendly girls and they spent a very long time in the flat, making sure that it was perfect for the inspection.I am thrilled by the end result, and would 100 percent recommend them to anyone.

Coming out of Covid, we moved into a hybrid working model, which meant that we had reduced cleaning requirements which some companies refused to service.We also have some tenants in our offices that provide access issues.None of this was a problem to Eternal, who gave us a competitive quote, and who deliver a professional flexible service. The cleaners are prompt and friendly, and do a good job.The office staff communicate with us in a friendly and efficient manner.We're happy to be a client of Eternal, and would not hesitate to recommend them.

Unfortunately the end-of-tenancy cleaning service provided was not hassle free" as advertised. The lettings agent charged me additional cleaning fees when I moved out as the clean provided by Eternal Cleaning was not sufficient to meet end of tenancy requirements.The cleaner themselves did not seem to be a professional cleaner (it was their part-time job). On completion of their clean I thought the quality was OK
