A lovely way to spend time with your little one, we thoroughly enjoyed it. A very informative course leaving you with all the knowledge you need to carry out the massages at home including a massage oil :-)

I really enjoyed the baby massage sessions with Irene. The sessions have built my confidence in supporting my baby's overall health and wellbeing through massage, which has improved her sleep and helped with congestion. In addition, it is also a great bonding activity, I have no hesitation in recommending these classes to others.

Thanks Irene...this has been a really lovely course to do with my first baby...the sessions themselves are lovely..in a really nice environment, the course content has been excellent and the practice we have done at home has really helped us to relax baby and learn to bond.On the first session she was really quite unsettled but on subsequent sessions she was noticeably more relaxed and settled..it was lovely to see.Would highly recommend this course.
