Damola (De Medici Associates), has been an amazing help to our house extension project. Always helpful and friendly, very good value for money, solid knowledge and care about the customer, provide speedy design updates and replying to our questions literaly any time of the day and day of the week. Also, he went the extra mile, by suggesting several contractors and eventually helped us choose the right one for your project. In a few words, the result would have been very different without Damola's help. Highly recommended!!

Fantastic service! Cannot be faulted. Excellent communication at all times. Really quick & helpful at carry out service with a thorough detailed report for us. Damola was extremely efficient and professional he squeezed us in a very short notice to provide calcs for a beam we would need when removing a wall. He had the report and measurements back to us within one day! My partner and I was really impressed and he was very informative and took his time to explain to us how the beam would sit.I would highly recommend his services and it was just by chance we came across him so really happy with the outcome!

Damola is an excellent communicator, friendly and personable with the knowledge base required for the specialist subject of structural engineering. His service is heads above the rest and it was delivered at speed. Any potential buyers are best to put their money in this man's hands. I will be using his services again.

I was very impressed with Damola. Clearly very professional and knowledgeable. He advised me on load bearing walls on a property I own. He did what he said he was going to do when he said he was going to do it which I appreciate. Very pleasant man to deal with and cheaper than other quotes obtained.
