He was professional and courteous from start to finish, open and transparent about timings and pricing, and produced an extremely high quality finish on the roof with lots of attention to detail around the battens. Mark has carried out work for us over the past 8 years. This has ranged from repairs to roof tiles and flashing and the full replacement of our lead bay window roof [the result being regularly commented upon by our neighbours]. His work is consistently outstanding from identifying the problem, explaining [in terms a non-roofer can understand!] and providing detailed quotes for the work.
