So far we have been very disappointed. Moved into an empty property. 3 months they had our holding deposit to sort things out before we moved in. We were told that broken things would be fixed, decorated and cleaned. Yet the place was filthy and we spent our first day's deep cleaning. The painters left paint on the carpets, bannisters, light switches, didnt touch ceilings that were water damaged. Then we find out the boiler is broken and they have to order a new. We have now been without heating for 11 days. For hot water we have to use the electric and put on the immersion. Now that doesn't work. 3 children and 2 adults are extremely disappointed. My partner is constantly chasing and we are always given excuses. They also lied about things that were supposedly ordered and they were not. We love this house but it's been a nightmare from day 1. We only hope that things improve fast.

Thanks to ringwood branch l rented a flat in walkford for 6 years with them. They were brilliant any issues l had they resolved very quickly and effectively.The staff were very helpful and polite and would recommend anyone to use them in the future.

Very nice people however I feel the young lady doing out viewing got our hopes right up saying where the strongest contenders and can't see a reason why we wouldn't be the one to get the place. Even almost said congrats at the end but saved herself. Shocking. Just feel I've been lied to! Viewed a few places now and this was by far the most miss leading.

Austin & Wyatt are absolutely brilliant and we would highly recommend them to anyone looking to sell. We had a particularly complex sale, however, they were with us every step of the way and assisted us greatly with keeping our sale moving. We recently rented a property through Austin & Wyatt and the experience was really smooth. Richard was really friendly and helpful, and we really felt like he cared about us as tenants and understood how important it was for us to find the right property to call home - something we haven't found with other letting agents in the past! The sign up process was really efficient, and we even got a lovely welcome box when we moved in. We'd definitely recommend renting through them.

Gem was lovely! Trying to find a property to rent currently is so stressful! We were feeling hopeless and desperate, but Gem really gave us hope and reassurance that we'll find what we want despite the current crisis. She was very caring and worked very hard for us. We're very grateful!

Not good - If i could give less than one star then I would.When we first moved in the carpets were dirty so required cleaning at our time and expensive.The property flooded extremely badly twice, the second time making it uninhabitable.Neither time did anyone from Austin & Wyatt come round, although being based less than 100 metres from the cottage.We were told on moving in the property hadn't flooded for around 8 years. After the second flood we emailed the environmental agency who had put a flood warning on the property in 2020. The neighbours we'd spoken to laughed when we told them what Austin & Wyatt had said to us.The first time it flooded up to ankle height, we had to wait more than 10 days for them to arrange a cleaner...initially they sent a plumber to fix a leak.The second time it flooded and was classed as uninhabitable we had to move straight out. The landlord put us in a hotel for 3 nights, but then we had to wait over a month for a refund of our rent paid with all the extra expenses like moving our stuff into storage and having to find alternative accommodation.As i mentioned, through the whole process of either flood not once did anyone from Austin and Wyatt make the 30 second walk to come and see how badly we were flooded or arrange any kind of help.An extremely poor level of service and certainly would not use Austin & Wyatt again, I'd strongly recommend avoiding them.
