Amazing experience with laser clinics. Maz was really informative on the front desk and Alicja was very friendly and professional during the laser treatment. Looking forward to my next appointment!

Brilliant service! Professional staff and a warm welcoming atmosphere. The exceptional service that either Sarah or Caroline provide on my monthly laser treatments is outstanding. I am reassured at every level. Their professionalism makes me feel at ease and overall I see fantastic results. I have undergone further treatments. The led light treatment provided by Shona again brilliant service and remarkable results. I have recommended others and they also have praised the service that LCUk provide. Lastly as a black women I would highly recommend using them as they understand how to work with our skin type.

Had couple of session and everytime the ladies have problems in using the booking system, everytime, and now they took a pre payment for my next session and i was surprised that they didnt book the slot i choosed. Its like give us money and we will not book you your session

It all looked perfectly professional and great until I stepped into the clinic. Would not recommend, no matter how polished it looks.To begin with, they were 30 minutes late to start my appointment (I had to wait at the front desk the whole time)But I understand these things can happen and it wasn't the main reason for my disappointment.Before the start of the procedure, the lady treating me quickly started adding up the cost of this current treatment + the 6 follow up ones (I had booked for laser hair removal), assuming that I'm going for the full 6 procedure package. Even though I'd given no indication of that.Then she went on about prices and discounts, stating that today I'll need to pay £800. Basically expecting me to pay upfront for all 6 procedures, because they currently had a discount.While the discount was quite good and I understood all the benefits, I simply wasn't prepared to pay £800 upfront. I had budgeted for the one single procedure. I'm fully aware that laser procedures are expensive, but going from £150 to £800 is quite a big jump.I said that I'd rather pay for that day's treatment only, because that's what I was prepared for. But despite that, she continued trying to push the full package on me the entire time. Practically arguing with me and making me feel stupid, as if I was saying no because I didn't understand what a great deal she was offering me.Throughout the entire time, she kept telling me how it's a great deal, after I'm home I should call them to book the other 5 procedures to make sure I get the deal before it runs out.It honestly felt like I was being shamed for not being able to just pay an extra £650 at a moment's notice.After my procedure was done, she then immediately asked me to book my follow-up appointment. Which I did hesitantly, because I didn't want to explain myself (will be cancelling that for sure)The above is just poor customer service, but there's more. While I was waiting they handed me a form to fill in. I was asked if I use tretinoin. Which I do, so I indicated that on the form (there was no field to indicate how I use it or for what). But no one at the clinic asked me to provide further details on my use of it and instead just went ahead with the procedure.Later, when I was at home, I found out that tretinoin creates sun sensitivity. Therefore you should not use laser treatments on the areas where you're applying tretinoin. Because it can result in many complications.Yet no one at the clinic bothered to check my answers to the form and notice. Thankfully, I wasn't applying tretinoin to the areas where I was getting the laser, so nothing terrible happened. But they didn't know that. And it was absolutely careless to not double check with me and make sure the treatment was safe.The entire experience made me feel like I'm just another customer bringing in money and nothing more. I felt uncomfortable and pressured the entire time. And sorry to say, I will not be continuing with my procedures. At the end of the day, I'm coming in for a medical procedure, which requires a careful and professional service. The staff here have simply lost my trust.

I am so pleased that I chose laser hair removal at Laser Clinics. Firstly the lasers are such highly quality and my results have been fantastic (and I mean fantastic). The service is such good value for money too with the many discounts on offer. Lastly the staff are so professional and lovely, in particular Chloe and Laura, and have great attention to detail. I wish I had done this sooner.

It was all great at the start paid for the facial treatment last August (in cash) for micro needling and chemical peel and then suddenly few weeks ago they suddenly called saying we haven't paid for the treatment and owed them £400+ and it wasn’t on the system? Because it was so long ago we don't have receipt or anyway to track it down especially how the situation was 10 months ago. We even named the exact time we went in and date and now they tell us they delete the CCTV footage every six months?! And supposedly they have reminded us to pay every time we go in?! Very angry as if a company would allow us to have facials when we owe them £450 and it’s been 10 months! I will be going in to talk to the manager tomorrow

Completing the clinic experience left mixed feelings.+ Staff are friendly & professional.-Experience varies. 1or2 clinicians in the past didn't effectively cover areas in laser sessions.-Management weren't visible to support staff/customers on many occasions.⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐Highlight: Laura & Sarah's knowledge, experience & care with the details makes all the difference.

I have been getting treatments here for around 5 weeks now and can't praise these girls enough they are warm and welcoming. They really put you at ease when getting treatments very efficient and always looking out for your welfare and comfort. The treatment is definitely working.

I travel especially from Swansea to Bristol and have had treatments with Laura and Shanna. From the outset they have taken what I thought was a problem area, and have made great improvements.I always have a highly professional service with a lot of advice on aftercare, I would not hesitate to recommend.
