Used Jordans Solicitors Blackheath office twice now. Personal joint Will set ups and power of attorney. Both times things ran smoothly, efficiently and at a reasonable price. The team are friendly and kept us informed etc all the way through both items. Thanks to Kay Simpson and the team. I would recommend and use again if required.

As a family we have used Jordans a few times in the last couple of years for property dealings and have found them to be good at a time when things have gone mad. So thanks Michael, Emma and more recently Ben (plus the rest of the staff in Blackheath) for there professional handling of matters.

Very professional, friendly, helpful and caring. Nothing is too much trouble. emails and calls are always answered quickly. I would definitely recommend Jordans solicitors and can honestly say I would never want to use any other firm.

Nothing but a poor, poor experience from start to finish. Emma has more days annual leave than Sue Radford has kids. Think all in all she must work about 3 hours a week. Very rude and patronising over email but OTT and smiley in your face, doesn’t like when she is challenged/ put on spot as she knows she’s in the wrong. Every question you ask Joanne (when she’s not on her lunch break) she says she needs to ask Emma. Seems pointless having the pair on the same payroll? Staff don’t communicate with customers or with each other. I’ve sought advice and it appears Jordan’s took significantly longer to action everything for our sale and purchase than any other solicitor would - the only positive thing is when Amy covered one of Emma’s days off, she was really amazing, clear and supportive - what you’d ask for really when you’re paying out so much money. Thanks Amy for your help, I’d run for the hills to a different firm if I were you, and thanks to Matt for trying to sugarcoat the poor workmanship of your colleagues, but overall I would avoid like the absolute plague as I have to live with knowing I’ve paid a lot of money that I’ll never get back to be spoke to like I am stupid :-)

We used Ben Bray for our house purchase as recommend by Ashley Would our estate agent. The service received from buying our first home was very precise and thorough. Emails were responded to in good time a long with all the paperwork required coming back in the time frames set at the beginning. All questions were answered thoroughly and any enquiries dealt with promptly. We would be more than happy to use Ben again in the future and the rest of the Jordan’s team for any legal requirements in the future.
