I love the staff in this pharmacy. They are so busy in this pharmacy and they do not stop. Massively helpful when needing emergency medication. They work so ridiculously hard with very little appreciation which they very much deserve

Slow service ,always takes ages to get prescription done. An hour ,sometimes ,even then not done. EVEN IF DONT COLLECT until next day its still not done.i would change chemist ,but too far.The staff are nice ,and polite ,but service is slow! Even when theres lots of staff.Always loads of customers waiting.

The general wait time at this Pharmacy is 45 minutes plus even ar their quietest times. I have heard people been delayed for their Diabetic and mental health medication. It's actually shameful.

Very rude female staff.Shouting from a far if I pay for my meds also what is my exemption. It would be nice if she came to the counter and asked me discreetly. Furthermore, she put my medication into an oversized clear used plastic bag.No privacy, the other day my consultation was done on the chairs in full view of other customers instead of the consulting room.

This chemist provides terrible service. When you have ordered a repeat prescription a week in advance of collection you expect after a 40 min wait for all items to be ready! Now more hassle for customer having to go back point out the missing items and wait another 40 mins? I will be going elsewhere in future. Friendly staff is great and they are but the service is awful.

Shockingly bad. Waited 1 hour and 10 minutes for ear drops. When i pointed out I had waited this long they had a go at me. Mean while a guy that had been waiting for his tablets actually dies on the pavement out the front. This all happened outside a medical centre. I am currently investigating how I can officially report this “chemist”

Waited over an hour for them to tell me that my prescription request isn’t there! Not necessarily their fault if my doctors haven’t sent it however surely there is a way that they can see if it is there before passing it over to the pharmacist?! What a waste of time

Not run by serious people. Wait times of 30-40 minutes are common. If you wait less than 20 minutes then that’s considered impressive service. The pharmacy recently underwent remodelling to improve efficiency. It was meant to last two weeks. Three months later it’s still not complete and wait times are longer than ever. If you’re looking for a pharmacy to join, don’t join this one.

I really like coming to this pharmacy. All the staff are very polite and it's always a nice experience. They always says hello and asks how I am when I arrive.
