I would give this place 0 if I could. Absolutely no common sense at all. Asking for ID for an energy drink which you have to be 16 to buy but they have just seen you get out of a car which you have to be 17 to drive, I see people 30 years old getting asked to produce ID for something you have to be 16 to buy. Please use your brains and stop being jobsworth.

48 years young but because my 15 year old son put 1 of my 3 crates of beer on the counter we were ID'd.Obviously a 15 year old isn't buying the beer just helping dad carry it, what an stupid policy thus place go by.To make things worse I fully explained to a manager and she supported the clerk. Even went as far as say that's a lot of beer for you (36 bottles for a weekend of camping)Needless to say we left, crossed the road and spent my money at the one stop opposite, One Stop staff were polite and helpful.

Same as the review below, my girlfriend who is 26 went to buy paracetamol for her parents who both currently have COVID. She was asked for ID, you have to be 16 to buy paracetamol... My girlfriend drove to the shop and showed the assistant her car keys and car. Clearly need to use their common sense..

Same comment as everyone else! Why does this Witch of a women take such joy in asking 30 year olds for I.D? Terrible customer service! It seems this shop has a list of customers who have had the same problems with certain staff!Avoid this shop and it's terrible staff!!
