I think I am probably in the Guinness Book of Records for the most bunged up ears ever but Loraine sorted them out. She is professional, reassuring and takes time to get the job done properly in as gentle and effective a way as possible. She was also very quick in responding to my enquiry, answering all my questions and getting me an appointment within a short space of time. It probably goes without saying that the suction technique appears to be more effective than the old form of syringing.

Excellent and professional service at short notice! I’ve had chronic sinusitis since January and was at my wits end. One consultation with Loraine and I can very happily say that not only are my ears cleared but thanks to her wonderful advice and demonstration I am feeling so much better, even after a few days. Feeling like myself again. And looking forward to my holiday now too without further antibiotics etc. I would highly recommend.

My husband is blind and Loraine always goes over and above" to minimise his deafness.12/9/23.Back for another visit to have Ken's ears done and yet again has Loraine not only removed the wax but solved the problem with his hearing aids. She even went so far as to squeeze in an extra visit the following day. How lucky we are to have such a good service locally."

Took my university colleague to see Loraine for his ear problem this evening. Loraine was an absolute star - she accommodated us with very short notice. And took care of my colleague's ear problem in no time. We are extremely happy with her treatment. The best part is - Loraine is kind, welcoming and a true expert in her profession. We totally recommend her service.

Had blocked ears for months. GP not much help and no clinic appointments available on the NHS. Stumbled across Lorraine by accident but what a find! Lorraine only took 2 minutes to diagnose what was wrong. Lorraine took time to talk me through my ear problem and gave me a treatment plan, along with medication and leaflets. Excellent service, she knows what she’s talking about and a lovely person. Definitely recommend
