Can never find anyone after hours. And limited parking. 3 times I asked for a simple repair and 3 times it wasnt done. 4th time I spoke to a woman and it got repaired

They don’t deserve even one star. Book the truck a week in advance for a tacho calibration witch they’ve told us it gonna be done Thursday morning call them couple of time in the afternoon and they wasn’t able to do it and promise it will be done Friday first thing in the morning. Call them Friday around 9 am and been told that now they will start to look at the truck.Arrived there after 11 am the truck still not moved and been told it will be done in couple of hours. A job like this take around one hour apparently Scania Southampton needs around two days . Very disappointing about you guys hope you gonna improve your service because people use to have expectations from a dealership like Scania meanwhile definitely won’t use you again.

people working in this place have no idea what they are doing, no professionalism, they are exchangers not mechanics. The truck comes back with one and the same problem for the tenth time and they wander like blind in the fog and replace it with new parts without any result. In my opinion even one Star it's too much

Just in there for a PMI be prepared for a 3 / 4 hours Wight.B & Q is just down the road' Burger Van out side then just spend the rest of the day walking up and down the isles if you are into DIY and looking to commpere prices I Assure you I can find the same product cheaper.
