Been here many times before. They haven’t really improved or changed things. The staff - some of them I interacted with with my concerns- were not very helpful and understanding. For a 8 year old there are very limited activities and half of them closed. They have had schools come in and seems like that is the priority so the full ticket paying customer does not get to enjoy the activities as much. We did activities that we could but left with a very disappointed feeling. Did speak to the person incharge and was shown the list of activities listed for 4+ kids to do.Not sure if it was any worth the money tbh.Might not end up coming here again as think it’s been the same old things for the last couple of years- pre and post covid.

We love KidZania, my son is 5 and loves the sense of independence and responsibility, while the activities are educational and fun! The design of the city is high quality and kept clean, you do feel immersed in it. We can’t wait to come back again.

This place is just amazing !I don’t put a 5 stars for two reasons : half of the games were closed… the second reason is because of the openings hours.. indeed it closes at 3.30pm and kids don’t have time to do a lot of games.. my kids only did 4 as we need to wait approximately 20 to 40 min per activity because of the queue.. that’s great because they took groups of 6-8 children so that they can enjoy more but they should expand their opening hours to 5.30 pm so that kids have more time to enjoy..For the good points, the activities were amazing. They could be in the place of mum or dad by working as a policeman or fireman. They earn money as adults do and can realise how hard it is to earn money by working. At the end they “bought” toys in the store with the money they have earned.I recommend of course this place but be there at the opening if you want to do the maximum of games !

Not much for under 4’s. Of these activities, all were unstaffed on our visit, so some were closed. Of the remainder, some rooms smelled bad, with dirty, and broken toys strewn everywhere. Some of the safe padding was worn/missing in some rooms. Overall overpriced, and wouldn’t recommend

Nice place for kids in case it’s raining. A simulation of a real city dedicated to kids. The one in Dubai is bigger and better but the one in London is also worth visiting.I would recommend mostly for kids from 6 up to 12 years old.

Quite impressed. Couple of things could be improved in terms of clearer queuing guidance for kids, but generally very impressed. Also could be a fast checkout lane. We didn't want photos as little one was shattered and needed to get home and we were stuck in a queue of people choosing photos. Lady running radio station was very accommodating of my 5 year old who couldn't quite read yet. All in all the kids loved it.

Little Emily had an amazing time here. Quite a trek from Birmingham but was well worth it. Definitely get your money's worth here.If you are driving give yourself plenty of time to get there, get parked in the multistorey and find your way through the shopping centre to KidZania.

Great place to visit with kids and family. So much fun. Overall experience was good but a few things would certainly make a big difference if improved:1: Long queues for each activity (we waited on average 25-40mins). Kids aren't that patient so it would be great to have more staff during busy times.2: There is a separate shop where you can spend Kidzanian currency but it takes so long to earn them. A maximum stay is 4 hours and with these queues you'd be lucky to try even 50% of activities.3: Checking in was quick but had to wait for about 20 mins in the queue. In addition:1. This place is for kids and adults don't get to do anything. They just accompany their children etc. So it would be great to reduce the entry fee for adults.2. There is a Kidzanian passport which you can buy for £10. A ticket for 4+ year olds already costs £+/-35 and it'd be good to have it reduced to a reasonable price or have it included in the ticket. My advice is to avoid it on Saturdays or Sundays as it is usually packed.

It's a nice place for kids of 5+yrs of age. The staff was great and the activity mentors were super amazing. However, I was a little disappointed that the parents weren't allowed to participate in most of the activities, especially art, drums sorts when we are also charged for the tickets. They had just 1/2 family activities like radiojockey and TV presenter one. But I would like to see more of it!Also, the place is quite enclosed, a little gloomy with no source of natural light inside, so after a few hours, it gets overwhelming!

This place is alright for toddlers, Khalil at the passport office was very helpful and friendly. For those aged 4 and above there are plenty activities to keep them busy. However there are better and cleaner soft play for those under 4. The Softplay area was not very hygienic as you can walk in with your shoes and some of the toys were noticeably dirty. This was shocking to see as a one year old has to crawl through the same area that people put their dirty shoes just to play! The dirt is even visible on your socks (mine were white and I can see the black marks from the dirty ground)
