Phase Eight

I just had to leave a positive post about the lovely helpful staff. I popped in today to look for a Graduation outfit for my daughter , we got a perfect dress.Thankyou so much

I was helped by a lovely lady today helping me choose a dress for my sons wedding. I find clothes shopping slightly overwhelming and she made me feel at ease, thankyou so much.

Had a free styling appointment today with Angela. I'd bought a Phase Eight dress online for a wedding and was struggling to work out what shoes, bag, etc. To style with it.Angela was fantastic! She took the time to understand what I needed and showed me loads of different options. I was able to try the dress on with various other pieces so that I could see how things looked and be certain about my purchases. I was given as much time as I needed, also able to look online at items that could be ordered.I would 100% recommend the shop and the lovely Angela. They have a good range of stock, and the staff are friendly and super helpful. :-)

Lovely store with warm and friendly staff. The store is clean and well presented and the staff couldn’t be nicer. Angela is warm, friendly and amazing at her job. She was very knowledgeable in the fit and style of clothing I was after, looking for a dress for graduation. Angela couldn’t have been any nicer or more professional, it was the best clothes experience I have had in a long time trying on dresses! Will definitely be back! Well done Angela!!

I visited the Morpeth branch of Phase Eight on Friday 8th April to look for an outfit for my son’s wedding in July. I rarely if ever write reviews, however, the advice and attention to detail that I received from Sharon and Hannah was truly exceptional. I came away a very happy customer indeed. Thank you so much Sharon and Hannah you obviously love your work and it shows.

I was getting a bit desperate when I called into the Morpeth branch of Phase Eight on 7th January looking for a dress for my Niece for my Sisters wedding at the end of January. Not only did Hannah notice I was looking a bit concerned, and found two beautifully stylish options, she tried them on to show me how they looked and all of the features she described.Brilliant Customer Service from Hannah!!I wouldn't think twice about going to Phase Eight Morpeth 1st for future shopping missions :)

Had an appointment in Morpeth. Karen and Hannah were both so helpful. I was given honest opinions and so many choices to try on. I was not rushed into any decisions. It was a relaxed appointment and had total success!! Mother of the bride is good to go! Would go back time and again for the level of service. Fantastic.

Spending a whole week on and off helping me chose an outfit for a special occasion we got there today. This young lady went above and beyond to help me, I cannot thank her enough! Fantastic service will definitely be my first choice in Morpeth for clothes and accessories!
