I signed up with them on a Friday, they called me with a job on the Monday and I started on the Tuesday. Very impressed with how quickly they found me a position. When signing up, we had a discussion regarding skills and what kind of positions I'd be looking for and my current one is a perfect fit!My consultant is Sami who is very friendly and helpful, and makes sure to keep me up to date with information regarding my position. I've always been paid on time, and have had no issues with taking time off for holidays.

Shocking service. Applied for a job , nothing heard for weeks , tried to call and I was told they were busy and they would call me back (twice) . They never did so !!! UNPROFESSIONAL .What's the point of being there and advertising jobs ???!? End of the story I contacted the company I applied for and they got back to me in one day.I would stay away from them

Working with Blue Arrow Edinburgh was a fantastic experience, they deserve more than five stars for efficient professional services provided by their friendly and cooperative staff , Blue arrow is exceptionally on side of employees getting best hourly rates, weekly wages ,holiday pay and keeping in touch before during and after ending contract.I would recommend this company to everyone!

In a sea of truly dire, uncaring and unresponsive recruitment agencies; I was so fortunate to find Matt Smith at Blue Arrow. Matts communication skills are top notch, not only keeping me regularly in the loop with various potential jobs, but even checking in regularly to ask how things were going. By comparison I was just met with an impossible wall of silence from other agencies and I can’t understand how they ever manage to fill any of their roles. A huge thank you to Matt and the rest of the team at Blue Arrow for your professionalism. And I urge employers to advertise with Blue Arrow. Great staff are falling on deaf ears at other agencies.

TO AVOID. Blue Arrow is absolutely awful. With them, I got ONE day of work through them almost three years ago, worked for ten hours. They did not find any more work, so I moved on. However, I was NEVER paid for these hours. I chased them MANY times, and they either told me they would get back to me or they never replied. Again, it's been three years and still nothing. I can't believe I still have to chase them about this. It may be only one day but it was £80 pounds, and I should not have to be chasing them for it.

Blue Arrow offered me many work opportunities related to my experience, with my most recent role being a temporary admin position within a reputable university - the assignment was interesting and challenging, and was extended months past the planned end date, with the option to apply for the position on a permanent basis too so that was an added bonus!Good communication from the team and quick online registration process made the process easy. I was given great help and advice and would definitely recommend Blue Arrow to anyone looking for employment!

I have a placement with blue arrow and the end employer is great, with fantastic colleagues and management. However, the level of service by Blue Arrow is shockingly poor.Emails are rarely replied to, pay is often late or missing altogether. Whether or not employement laws, or even blue arrow policies are adhered too are entirely coincidental.Whether or not you lose your job or income is not their problem, and neither should it be yours, there are plenty of other agencies.

Initial contact was good and professional. It was only when I finished filling out the pages of forms and booked my interview that things started to fall apart.I turned up for my interview on time via microsoft teams and waited for 15 minutes only for no one else to show. No contact by them to explain why. I had to phone the office just to be told they were having technical difficulties" and to wait for a new invite link. Did not say when this would occur so yet again I am waiting around for a non existent service."

Terrible Waste of (Time, stress & Money)Follow up from my previous review.Following a painful & time consuming registrationThey kept kicking me around jobs until I got an offer. Had to again go through a time consuming level of background checks. like they want to know what I was doing between specific dates. Adding extra stress because I had to have a flashback of my life in the past 5 years. All went to waste when they withdrew my offer and put me on another job listing. Again more of kicking me around. Had last hope for this one and failed. At-least, this time from their part, they should have made things right for me. After all this process, I am back to ground Zero just like my bank balance.You know what I feel?Being used like a slave here.
