Amazing place. Staff are always friendly and helpful, and they create a very welcoming and relaxed atmosphere. Gemma is an excellent hairdresser, and she gives educated guidance on what hair cut you should go for. I highly recommend this place, and i won't have my hair cut anywhere else.

First visit today, really lovely experience, staff were lovely, really nice atmosphere and Christina the stylist who did my hair was superb. Was so happy with my haircut, Christina listened to what I wanted and fully understood my hair type.Head massage was a bonus.Will definitely be back.

Service was friendly however I asked for a wolf cut and have ended up looking like Keanu reeves from Bill and Teds excellent adventure the day before my prom. I only noticed the unflattering shape of the haircut after arriving home after the curls that were put in my hair dropped. Due to my hair texture the haircut looks incredibly rounded, which I feel like should’ve been something the hairdresser should’ve taken into account or discussed with me before cutting my hair. The appointment was also 30 minutes long, whereas when I have had this style cut before at other salons it has taken much longer.

Didn’t even get a chance to get my hair done here as my appointment was randomly cancelled without any notice despite me making my way to the salon.I booked here after to get my face frame done - first of all the online website forces you to book for two services despite me only wanting to redo my face frames.I booked as normal and later received an email booking confirmation and text reminder to come in for a patch test.I came in three days before my appointment, told the girl my name my time and date of appointment she oked it and gave me the patch test and I was away .Come Saturday I call up to say I am on my way but might be slightly late by 5 mins.The girl I spoke to said she couldn’t find me on the system which I thought was bizarre as I had only come in three days ago.I gave the name of the junior stylist and she was put on the phone. She then said she gave me 5 missed calls one on Tuesday Thursday and Friday, to which she said was to arrange a patch test and deposit. I looked through my call history and confirmed I had never ever received a call from this number and had already come in for a patch test the Wednesday to which no one confirmed I needed a deposit.She also mentioned I hadn’t been noted down for having the patch test - she then added I needed to pay a deposit as well as have a consult AND have a cut and blow dry added on which was never noted down on the website or told to me when I came into the salon.Due to this she said she cancelled my appointment the Thursday - bear in mind I had my patch test the day before.No apologies and trying to blame me despite everything I had done right.booking is awful and they will try and added MANDATORY services on as well as baring in mind the other reviews I wish I read which aren’t great at all.Disappointing and bad customer service!!!**UPDATE - Jade senior stylist called me and apologised - really lovely and told me to come back down. Unfortunately as soon as this happened this morning I went back to book with my regular hairdresser. Overall shame the experience wasn’t great but seems the management are lovely and are really trying their hardest to make a good service. Thank you for the call it was very appreciated ❤️

I booked in for highlights and had a terrible time. I hate the end result. I was given thin highlights all over and its awful. Not what I wanted. Very unhappy.

Would absolutely recommend this place to anyone wanting fantastic results with their hair. Post lockdown my hair was so long and unmanageable and my roots had grown out so much. I got a balayage and my hair cut to a medium length and I could not be happier! The staff are so friendly and welcoming so I felt very comfortable and in safe hands. The products they use are a top quality and it was all very reasonably priced. This will be my regular hair salon for a while!

Excellent salon. My stylist listened carefully, was sensitive to my requests and gave good advice. Well designed and comfortable interior. Complementary head and neck massage was very welcome. Aveda products.

First time visiting the salon. Had a wonderful experience with Molly. Great conversation, relaxing and above all else a great hair cut. Great recommendations for local places as new to the area and very much appreciated. Would recommend and can't wait to visit again.
