RUDE Staff specaily Lady on the till ans Very poor customer service. BOYS shoes are very uncomfortable hearing unable to walk with these shoes and lady on the till said my shoes are very uncomfortable and hearting I am wearing not complaining you should wear like that what a answer or joke everywhere customers are on priority really disappointed .

Unprofessional and arrogant male staff , he behaved like he didn't want to get sale, I don't know may be he is not getting salary.Shop is good and have good collection,unfortunately we bought some items from here last week, today I was about to buy the shoes, but due to his arrogant behavior I didn't buy it.

SHOCKING BEHAVIOUR FROM THE 2 YOUNG STAFF MEMBERS (FEMALE AND MALE)BEHAVING very very unprofessionally - the female staff was overly LOUD, PLAYFUL, DISRUPTIVE along with her MALE colleague.the female staff had no respect for the customers, the male staff was very VAGUE and did not know how properly treat customers, was too distracted by his female colleague as she was constantly being playful during work time and not letting him focus on the tills.APPALLING STANDARDS AND NOT LEADING BY EXAMPLE.COULD THE STAFF PLEASE BE MORE PROFESSIONAL DURINg WORK HOURS ITS VERY UNCOMFORTABLE FOR CUSTOMERS TO SEE STAFF SPEAKING AND BEHAVING UNPROFESSIONAL.

I didn't find anything that should prompt me to give them below 5 Star, we must not forget that this is a shoe shop not a five star hotel.People work there looks fine to me. They do according to their ability, It depends what are we looking for. People go there to buy shoes and the price is fair, and not if the shop is comfortable.So to be honest, I am very happy with my purchase and always am.
