This team of people really go the extra mile to find out what you need, double check compatibility to minimise problems. No request/enquiry is too small.I am very pleased with the Hakko brand, they are not the cheapest but make robust, reliable, professional tools. (As long as you use genuine tips etc)Like most professional brands you will see that they hold their value too, I always try to buy new, but there are some older discontinued items that may suit your needs (no problem) Hakko items will work for years and years if looked after. I have many items and never had a failure.There are plenty of online reviews to help you make your decisions on certain pieces of equipment before you buy, I use them too.I do not usually leave reviews and only wrote this one based on my personal experience of this company.Once you know what you need, give these people a call, customer service is exceptional.
