Absolute gangsters and granny robbers no loyalty for a family that’s been going there for 27 years. And to all off a sudden tell a 71 year old woman to upgrade her absolute mint of a mobile home which was bought of mcnicholl brand spank new which was they’re 2nd one they had. And im sure they’ve done it to others aswell. Scumbags and they should rot in hell !!

They are great people they look after you and always show interest in the people on their parks very family friendly site make great memories on them I have a disabled daughter and the manager sean on the site couldn't do enough for her .thank you

Gangster!! He Will happily take your money to buy a van on his site, will also go back on his agreement of 10 years and put you off within 3-5 years because the 115/09van he sold you is now too old!!No money offered for the van and will charge you £1.5k to move it to the site entrance to be scrapped !This year alone, he is set to make £600k from families he is forcing to upgrade their perfectly good vans or leave, he’ll make more than that if he puts the families off and resells their vans and gets new victims to buy new vans and his false dreams of 10 years on the site!My Parents bought a van 5 years ago, they were told it would be 10 yes before they needed to update. loved their retirement home getaway, was their pride and joy. Always painting decking every year, put full heating system in. Never caused a bit of trouble to anyone.They received a call on Friday 15/09/23 to say McNicholl had done a site inspection and they were out! Ground rent paid until March 2024. No refund, no money for the van. Clear out and go now or wait to March and pay £1500 to have him move it to the gate for scrap!Absolutely disgusting man, never shows his face to deliver the news, has his workers give the bad news and then they can always blame the big bad boss.. robbing hard working families. McNicholl is Probably a multi millionaire. Not one once of human decency! My advice, avoid buying or putting a van on his sites at all costs!
