Not reliable. Bad communication. I had him booked in for 9th November 2023 at 9am. He didn’t show up. We called him to ask him if he’s still coming and he said he forgot. Didn’t apologise but then he said he would come at 5pm. Then on messenger he said sorry but he doesn’t want to “mess around” and that he wants to move the appointment to Saturday. Nice to make your client feel like such an inconvenience. I said no because I booked these days off work and I’ll find someone else. I sent this message over 24 hours ago and he still hasn’t seen it! I had this booked in since September and now I’ve got to go through the process of finding someone else for a quote from square one. What a waste of time.
