I Purchased a car from select a car in June of this year. the car was in immaculate condition for a car of its age. Tarun and his partner were nothing shortly of welcoming and helpful.After purchasing the car there was a couple of things that needed altering on the car ( nothing to do with the dealer or the sale) but Tarun did everything he could to get these sorted for me. He went above and beyond and i could not be happier.If and when i buy another car in the future i will certainly be going back as the aftersales service was incredible.Thank you!

What an awful experience dealing with this 'so called' reputable car dealer! Joke of a company, stay well clear and spend your money elsewhere. That is all.

I been from London to Leicester to get one Passat from select a car and my experience was so bad , I have paid 100£ holding deposit and after I see the car well didn’t was a car was more scrap the guy “Daren/Darrel” something like that refuse to pay back my holding deposit for the reason I arrive early with 30 minutes and he didn’t have time to get the car ready ! All the stuff was so rude and treat customers like garbage! Very disappointed and not recommend this dealership not even for a “wheelbarrow “

AVOIDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDD DODGY ESTABLISHMENT. FASCADE OF 5 STAR CUSTOMER SERVICE BEFORE YOU PURCHASE, THEY RECIEVE THEIR MONEY EXPECT THE TOTAL OPPOSITE. DECEPTION AT ITS FINEST, SCAMING SO MANY, THROUGH CORRUPTION. HIDING FLAWS!I purchased A Nissan Juke from Select A Car last October 2022 via finance. So they recieved the thousands upfront. Days later had to return the car due to rust spots, and mechanical issues. For which i demanded they fixed and they were not happy about but did so. They had rumaged through the vehicle and stolen the spare tyre i demanded they had included when carrying out checks. At the time of purchase was there and taken tyre to reimburse themselves for fixing the initial issues. Digusting behaviour. Spoke to the gentleman who owns it politely, he had screamed at me over the phone, verbally abusive once pointed this out and even terminated the phonecall - Guilty conscious.

I was very keen about certain specification on the car I wanted to purchase and and Select A Car made sure to advise me each time something similar had arrived in the showroom. Once I had chosen the car, the buying & selling agreement was really smooth. They made the journey so easy and hassle free by taking care off all the necessary requirements/paperwork. Recently bought a car from these guys. I was unable to pick the car up as live in north of Scotland, therefor sorted out a courier. Taran the guy I spoke to was ok however I was promised videos of underneath car during mot, plus they would sort out some marks on the car before being picked up. When I finally got it, none of these things had been done. They told me 1 previous owner when there was actually 3. Noticed the steering was off. Checked and they had 2 different size tyres on the front AND back axle!! A big nono!! Told them about it and never heard anything back! Not happy

Top service! Got the car within a day, fast and clear communication. No hassle with fixing broken parts under warranty, no ghosting or time wasting, spot on and fast every time I had issues or questions. Very friendly team. Definitely recommend!
