Great service. I asked a staff member to find me a top to try on with a blazer. She provided a great service and bought me about 7 tops to try on,varying sizes to. And they were a great collection and I ended up buying two tops from her recommendations! Great to be able to try on clothes as well.

Beautiful outfits for men, women and children. Very friendly staff who helped me carry my baby's pushchair downstairs to children's department, then back up when I finished shopping as the lift was not in working order. Lovely handbags and accessories. A pleasant shopping experience.

Trying to quickly buy a bag. Only one person on the till dealing with a query and a queue starting to build up behind me. I was about to leave, but the gentleman staff member at the door was very helpful. He said to see if I could go and pay in the men’s section downstairs. I went downstairs but was told I had to go back upstairs to pay. I didn’t have the time to queue up again so gave her the bag and left.How can you have, on a busy Saturday, just one person on the till? So if a man was buying clothes, he would’ve had to go upstairs and join the queue also? Ridiculous!

There is no option for ZERO stars otherwise, i would have put it.HOW HAVE THE REVIEWS ALL OF A SUDDEN INCREASED TO MANY POSITIVE REVIEWS???? THE MANAGERS MIGHT BE ASKING CUSTOMERS TO LEAVE POSITIVE REVIEWS.I was surprised reading some of the NEGATIVE reviews here but then I saw for myself when i went into the shop, i experienced rude conduct from a staff member and was told to leave the store 11minutes before closure, when it was not even time for it to close.
