I went to get a sandwich or a pie from a small local shop rather than the high Street shop,I ordered a slice of quich which was marked 2.50 a slice, my husband said he'd share with me so the later cut it into 2 pieces warmed it for us, I asked for a cheese sandwich and they didn't have lettuce, I asked if a cake was suitable for vegetarian she handed me the package so I could check for myself by which time out quich was warm she handed it over and charged us a nice £4.00 for a slice of quich cut into two, daylight robbery I never argued as by the time shed warmed it... Spoke on the phone to whomever she was talking to I just wanted to get out of there.The lady serving had no hygiene gloves on, was touching all the food I really cannot see how this place has 5 hygiene mark.Do not visit if you have dietary requirements as the staff don't have a clue.

Superb on site cooked pies ,scones also bread and tea cakes.

WENT INTO MARKET HALL TODAY AND FOUND THIS PIE STALL AND BOUGHT A MINTED LAMB PIE AND WARMED IT UP AT HOME WITH PEAS AND IT WAS DELICIOUS , AT LITTLE PRICEY BUT IT WAS EXCELLENT. WOULD RECOMMEND
