Food delivered quickly, fresh and hot. Really enjoyed the mixed kebab (definately recommend the freshly made naan) had pizzas in the past which were stunning too. Visiting the shop in person is also a pleasant experience as Sam and all the staff are all very friendly.

Little feedback on yesterday order..it was 30 mins late which made the food on arrival cold and the children meal (burger & chips) didn't come with a drink. Otherwise my son enjoyed the pizza and both myself and the wife enjoyed our kebab.

Sams grill house is by far the best around we thought we had put our order through on the app but failed miserably only to go collect and they had not recieved it (our fault not theyres) so they quickly helped us with our order only for us to mess our one daughters food up (our fault again) called sams up and was more than happy to help us sort a replacement.Food was piping hot and tasted amazing 5 stars isn't enough to show the quality of food and service here thank you sams grill house!

Never fails to provide amazing food and you get decent portions for your money.... the ingredients are quality, always perfect temp when it arrives and I blame Sams Grill House for my weight gain but, its worth it. Changed it up a bit on my last order and had a break from the usual chicken kebabs and went for a meat feast pizza.and burgers.... better than any pizza I have had from establishments that sound like PaPa Ron's or Donny roes and burger had an amazing smoky taste which leaves you wanting another. I always order through their online ordering system and App and every option is there to tailor the order.. Love it. Keep up the awesome service

I would love to give you guys 5 stars because you are friendly, the food is delicious and the portions are good and your prices are fair.HOWEVER.......I stopped ordering from yourselves for a whole year after ordering once a week for a year due to.the portion size consistencies and the rediculous waiting times.It got so much better recently regarding the portion sizes so unsure if it was a certain person working or what but their portion sizes were not consistent as I used to get a slither of the normal size and usually cold.Secondly the amount of times I have waited 2 hours for food is just silly. You have to spend money to make money so hire more drivers/staff or whatever it is that is preventing you guys keeping up with demand. Look after your staff and they will look after you!You have a good team and good food just need much more consistency and much better delivery times.

Can’t complain about the quality at all. Proper coal-fired kofte, 10/10The problem is the lack of it. When I pay £13 for a “large” kebab and £3.80 for “large” chips, I expect that. Made me wonder how small the regular is! Don’t offer a large or XL option if you’re going to skimp. It means I’ll probably order less frequently so you’re shooting yourself in the foot.

Been there a few times an superb every time. Donor kebab is excellent. The chef special is probably the best I've ever had anywhere. What's really good is you can choose between a pitta or a freshly made naan. So with the chef special I opted for one of each. I live quite a distance from this shop but I'm more than happy to drive passed lots of kebab shops to get to this one.

First of all people who gives this one star needs to check them self in the mirror because all the one stars I seen have lame reasons. It's a grill house of course its going to be hot. And if it's cold all you have to do is put it in the microwave for a few minutes. Ok now let's get to it the people running it are legends, the app is amazing and simple to use and the food is amazing. I can get a 12inch Pizza with 2 sides and 2 drinks for £18 and they are huge. The kabas are stunning and a excellent price is reasonable. A tip for everyone is look at the meal deals. You get more for cheeper. I'll see you guys later at 8.00 to pick up my order.
