I am always impressed by the high standard of service. Personnel are helpful and pleasant . There is a welcoming seating area and tea/coffee is available if having to wait. Tasks are carried out and always on time, with no time wasted for either party. Would highly recommend the service at Hyundai Chippenham .

I dropped my car here for a service last week. Service was professional and polite and the seating area meant I could get on with work whilst waiting, eliminating the need for a hire car. The work was done, including some additional work I'd asked for, on time and with no hassle. What more can you ask for?

Would highly recommend Hyundai Chippenham for their service. Daniel Collier was very professional & polite from start to finish with the part exchange of our car to a lovely new Hyundai i30 which we are extremely pleased with! Daniel kept in touch with information we needed in & out of working hours & gave us a follow up call after owning the car a few days to see how we were getting on with it & did we have any more questions or queries. Double booked for a test drive, salesperson not very knowledgeable and provided (basic) incorrect information, such as providing the wrong Hyundai Finance interest rate.A pity as have purchased 2 cars from there previously and had received excellent service.
