Dream Gardens built our large patio and pond in 2016. The pond has never worked and was not built properly. Only now we are having it fibreglasses. No one was prepared to take on their poor workmanship and design. The rendering was never done properly and the walls were not given a damp proof course. There is also movement. The irrigation system does not work. The trunking and protection for the electrics was not of a good standard. Almost everything they did we have had to get some body to redo. The website pics look great so did ours to begin with. Please be aware of this company and their very low standards.

From start to finish the team worked tirelessly.The quality of the finished product is like one’s own private Island.The attention to detail was exceptional, even down to the mains gas installation for the Barbeque.The different textures, like the red wood, and porcelain slab tiles, and Faux Grass-Excellent.The lighting is also a key factor, as the dark nights draw in we live in this great outdoor space.Hussain was amazing, and John, the Labour"

I don’t normally do reviews and waste my time with this but please stay away from this company…..Their customer service is awful and when you reach out to them for help they refused to accept their fault I wanted them to collect the Citrus tree back basically wanted to return as you can see on the image the tree didn’t arrive in a good condition the company asked me to return the tree at my own cost for the postage.I’ve purchased the tree on the 15th of November 2023 which is contact me £50 after few days this is the status of the three looks like it’s going to die and i basically lost my money, they are not taking the liability to accept the tree back.I have bought indoor plants from other sellers they are all thriving indoors I had no issues whatsoever perfectly healthy plants but this company from the get to go.The plant/ tree arrived damaged utter disaster I thought I was buying a healthy citrus treeI don’t know what to do with the tree.Please stay away from this company

We are pleased with the work done by Dream Gardens, from the beginning till the end. Everything happened in a synchronized chain of events which involved multiple providers and timelines challenges. Ordinary problems that appeared along the project were managed well and in a transparent way and our requests were promptly handled. I am very pleased with the modern design of my patio, and it looks stunning!I could benefit from really good advice and recommendations from the management team of Dream Gardens, who took time with me to choose colours and material.The team worked hard to build the patio, even in poor weather, and were very polite and courteous. And they always tidied up behind them.Of course for this type of work, there are always some snags to finalise, so make sure you settle the final bill only once you are happy with the final product, but the management will try to sort things out, to make sure you are happy.I am considering now using Dream Gardens for redesigning my Gardens as they seemed to have clever ideas in that field too!. Thank you!

Dream Gardens provide a professional garden design service that is transparent in terms of where the money goes, the vision of the end result and design that accommodates client needs. I required a child friendly make-over following building works from the previous year that left the garden in a poor state, and I was impressed with the vision provided by Hossein who came with 3 different proposals to discuss and refine to an agreed plan. The work was done to a high quality and the team were flexible in terms of additions to the scope of work as the plan was realized. I did end up spending a little more than anticipated, however this was because we wanted more done as we could see the value being added to the property as the team gained our trust as true professionals who had our satisfaction as a primary goal. Any doubts were left behind as the garden space was transformed.

We used dream gardens for a complete garden renovation. Had some brilliant meetings with Manu and Hussain they were very quick and professional with the design. From start to finish the time frame was exactly as we were told. The finished garden is exactly as the proposed design said it would look. We had a brilliant team doing the work, real pleasure to have them in the garden, very clean and efficient. The only comment would be communication when work started. It could be difficult to understand sequence of works and ensure the right materials were available for when the team needed. I felt being on hand everyday was required to help 'manage' the running of the job. If I had not been around the job would have been slower as there would have been a lot of waiting for decisions to be made.All in all, very happy with the work and the finished product, would recommend the company.
