I was here today for work training. The choice of refreshments was plentiful. The lunch was delicious. The place was spotless. The staff were polite & helpful at all time. All in all it was a good day.

APOLOGIES THIS WAS MEANT FOR THE WINDSOR HOTEL NOT BIRMINGHAM Had to leave a poor review after having emailing 4 times without reply. Room was 'tired' and not cleanest. Swimming pool very untidy with light in water not secured to side of pool. Booked as part of 50th birthday celebration with legoland package. Advertised with milk, cookies and goodie bags for children. These were not provided nd reception had no idea about them. Feeling rather mislead and even more dissapointed by total lack of response from hotel. Would not recommend .

Just picking stuff up but very well appointed. Good security and clean, presentable rooms. Staff that I met were very helpful and friendly, even though they didn't necessarily need to be so as like me I was working there and not a client.

A great conference centre with quite a few different rooms. The facilities were well kept and felt well maintained.The canteen offered several alternatives for lunch, which was very nice.Coffee and snacks were very nice too.Staff were friendly and quickly pointed us in the right direction with minimal fuss.

Went for a work thing here. The building is central, easy access from New Street station too.Staff are lovely and everywhere. Always someone about to assist.On our event, the catering was spectacular, coffee bar and fridges with cold drinks to hand. Great to take the sting out of a long day 'conferencing'.Its a shared building with a few other businesses, but the staff on the front desk will direct you where you need to be.I'm not sure on pricing, but can't imagine its cheap. but if you want to make an impression. Do it here.

Great room set up for large conferences. Excellent presentation facilities and friendly staff at both the entrance and floor receptions. However, the venue falls down on its food choices and limited refreshment options.

I parked at Snow Hill Station but it took me a while to create a telephone payment account as I didn't have enough coins and it's pre payment there. The venue isnt easy to find first time around but is close to shops and city centre. The canteen is very nice and on the 5th floor. We were on a meeting room on 7th floor which meant transferring to a second lift so nipping outside isn't quick but the rooms are nice and well equipped. I would use these facilities again.

Excellent venue for meetings in the city centre. It is easily accessible via train and is less than 10 mins walk from the New street station. There are car parks nearby if you prefer travel by car. The venue itself is very nice with free tea coffee and light snacks. Rooms are nice and modern facilities available for digital meetings.Free wifi is also provided..

I've been here 3 times now for different events. Facilities are good, once you're inside it's very swanky and it's right in the heart of Birmingham's business district. It's only a short walk from Snow Hill station. Staff are always polite and security tight. The catering facilities are limited and the last two times I've been, the coffee machines have not managed to cope with demand. But since that (and the size of the donuts) is pretty much my only gripe, they're definitely worth 4 stars.

Lovely clean place. Staff are very helpful, nothing was too much trouble.Perfect place for work events.Plenty of food for everyone with a lovely variety of hot and cold food and drinks.
