My husband popped in to Invicta today in the hopes they would take pity on us with helping with our missing locking wheel nut key after other garages wouldn't help. They went above and beyond when they didn't have to, we now have peace of mind with driving the car. Amazing! They will definitely now have our business going forward :)

I had a great time by my new car. The salesman, Sean, was very helpful and informative. There were a few issues with the car that had to be rectified and I had to return to the garage for it to be done so I could pick up the car sooner. Sean drove me into Canterbury while I waited where I had a nice lunch and a wander around and the whole experience was very enjoyable. Thanks again Sean.

Beau and David were very helpful and patient with me. Beau confidences and knowledge was glowing, they were not afraid to acknowledge they didn't know an answer to something and would find out more information. The whole process was smooth and I did not feel pressured to make a decision there and then, I appreciate that approach. Everyone at Invicta Ford were friendly and attentive.

Just brought a Ford Kuga from Sean he was absolutely brilliant. He made the whole experience of buying a car extremely easy and was able to answer all my questions, nothing was too much trouble for him to deal with. He made sure I was totally happy with my new purchase and made sure the car was looking its absolute best before I came to collect it. Will definitely be buying the next car in a few years from Sean .
