Went in to buy school trainers. They had a good selection of stock. The young guy that served me on the shop floor was friendly. Not sure what is happening around the till area, it looked a mess

Disgusting behaviour by staff. I asked a IC1 female average height and chubby build about the price of a pair of shorts as the tag was torn and missing, she replied sarcasticly find another pair and check the price yourself. Which through me so i asked what her name was and she rudely and aggresively denied and said she doesnt want people stalking her on social media :/ very odd. Then another boy came and said due to data protection regultions sports direct does not use staff names… so they gave me a code for her 629241 - i assume its her employee number. Guess sports direct isnt happening anymore. Although the branch on mile end road seems decent to shop in.

Came here to write about the bad customer service in getting the trainers we had asked for, especially by one of the supervisors who disappeared when we asked for a shoe size. He said wait there I'll be right back. Then when he came back he started serving others and claimed we didn't approach him. We eventually found one guy who was very helpful, wish I got his name I would give him 5 starsBut I can see customer service is a HUGE problem here, just read all the other reviews. Management really need to get their act together!

The staff is very very rude and disrespectful including the manager. The customer service is very bad. Please customers it is to alarm that to pay the right price as they are charging extra price than the tag price displayed. This is not the first time experiencing bad service. I am totally disappointed and will not recommend buying from Stratford branch.

My son and I was shopping for some football boots. The selection was not a pro direct situation but way better than JDs. You have to pick right as sports direct does not, take note of this people, DOES NOT DO REFUNDS. Hope you got that. They give you a gift voucher instead. Staff member was crazy helpful who was in the football section. Wish I got his name to put down. I'll be going back so watch for the next chapter.

Worst customer service experience by a bunch of lazy and rude people (not all of them). No hi/hello/please/thanks.. it's like they're doing me a huge favour by stopping to talk to me. The manager is on the phone while talking to me, not even looking while saying no" to my request to allow me to pay for a trainer that I wanted because it stayed 2 minutes over. No wonder why some people "working" there lack basic mannerism."

Worst customer service ever, manager blamed me for not having a label with correct price, he said it’s tour fault for not finding the correct price and that I needed to learn English, no sorry it’s a mistake or talk to me, he just looked at the cashier and even talk to me at all and walked off, when I challenged him he said I was rude, I don’t know how people like that are managers at a store like that, I think he forgot that a lot of people that shop there have English as a second language, what a rude store and a rip off, I guess we don’t need to shop there anymore, lucky there are enough store to chose and no need to visit such a rude store, sadly customer service didn’t care enough to follow up with me or want to know more about it, I guess it’s a company policy to have rude managers and not care about customers.

I recently had an unfortunate experience at Sportsdirect stratford at westfield. The staff displayed a rebellious attitude and a complete lack of manners. Instances of rudeness were prevalent throughout my visit, making it a disappointing encounter.
