Fantastic customer service. Very thorough and helpful. Especially Stephen Cohen and his manager, Matt. I found the whole thing very overwhelming until I spoke to Stephen. He explained the process and risks and advantages from beginning to end. Gave me several options to see what was right for me. They were very patient and understanding of my situation. I was so happy with my customer service from them and would definitely recommend.
