Nothing wrong with product..have bought from them many times, but continued excuses on customer feedback for poor delivery times is a joke. Sort it out Happy Beaks: if you can't do next day delivery then don't put 'free next day delivery ' on your website! (I'm still waiting 8 days after ordering and had to contact you and it still hadn't left warehouse!)

I have given Happy Beaks a one star review because it won’t let me me select zero.I placed an order with them on 18th November. Only part of that order was available so they contacted me to say they would refund me the items not available. I also paid for next day delivery however it was several days before the item arrived. I was also promised a refund on that too. Now a month later I am still waiting for both refunds. After countless emails and several phone calls with always a promise from them that they will call me back (they never call back!) I have decided to contact the Ombudsman. The customer service is absolutely poor. I would never ever use this company again.

Sadly I won't be using them again. Order no1. No email confirmation and credit card not charged so I assumed my order had not got to them. I ordered no 2 a week later, no email confirmation. Next day order no 1 on the doorstep and credit card charged. I phoned. Gareth confirmed order no 2 would be cancelled. It wasn't. Order no 2 arrived today and credit card charged. Now got seed for life. Not looking forward to open it having read other comments about seed quality. Hope I'm pleasantly surprised.

First and last time shall be using Happy Beaks, Our garden birds at the moment do not have happy beaks . I do appreciate issues caused by COVID. However, ordered on the 4th Oct, still no sign of the order made . Have emailed them 3 times, quick to respond, but there responses have not come to light. So, never again good bye not so happy beaks.

I think they are currently getting in a mess with their orders. I placed 2 orders close to one another. I had quick delivery of the second order. And a week later half of the first order. I asked where the rest of the order was and a few days later they said they had sent it (confusing the first delivery as being part of the first order and not delivery of the second order. Confused!? They certainly are.They also addressed me with my husband's name who had placed an order before me. (my ordering was for a charity not for home as my husband's order was.) They can't even get emails and names correct. I am still waiting for 2 bags of peanuts which I have paid for 3 weeks ago!

Website is quite friendly and easy to order. Email support is excellent. The delivery got delayed a bit because of a few items that were understocked. The only issue that I have is that it’s really expensive to call their 0871 customer service number. It would really help customers if they could switch over to 01/02/03 numbers which costs you nothing from landline/mobile.

Still waiting for my next day delivery on my order from the 29th September. This is my first experience of using the company, and I have not been impressed, from being told my order has been dispatched and given a non existent tracking number to my order is still being processed, but should be with me soon. I have asked for my money back if the order is not with me by Tuesday 6th October. I am not hopefulTuesday 6th October. Well I have to eat humble pie. I have received my order! admittedly not with next day delivery, but perhaps given these trying times Happy Beaks would be better not to offer that service, rather than disappoint purchasers. Can't comment on the quality of no sprout seed as yet, as I have not opened it, but berry suet looks good. (upped my rating to 3 stars)

HiI find myself writing to you once again about the order ( 70602845 ) I placed with you now one month ago! After several emails and telephone calls you have done nothing and I have received nothing!I now demand a refund from you, due to your incompetence and my lack of patience I have sourced another on line supplier and ordered 20kg wild no grow bird seed and 20 kg of sun flower seeds at a total cost of £51.23 with delivery and it was delivered within one week! A service I shall be using and recommending to others on a regular basis. As a pensioner in lockdown one of my small pleasures is to watch the garden birds on my feeders as the shop I used was shut down I turned to you ( what a big mistake ) I now ask you to do the decent thing and return my money.IT IS NOW 38 DAYS SINCE ORDER PLACED AND I HAVE STILL RECEIVED NOTHINGT.Wright

I’m very disappointed. I ordered 3 items. Each arrived in separate boxes and on different days, with a 2.5 week wait for delivery! All of my items could have been posted together to save on packages and extra trips! I emailed and asked for a refund on my postage - which was given to me.

Bit puzzled by the negative reviews, but obviously others have had some problems on delivery etc. We have been buying from Happy Beaks for a couple of years. Works really well. When some prices went up a little (I guess the Ukraine factor) tried another supplier for what appeared to be the same thing (Robin & Songbird). Big mistake, birds distinctly unimpressed! I’m a happy customer & recommend.
