Very impressed, Mal arrived early but unfortunately couldn't start the work until my mother carers had finished in the bedroom. He went and got the parts, waited for my mothers carers to finish then replaced the shower switch. He was polite, friendly and patient with my disabled mother who also has dementia. I will definitely recommend. Thanks JFE.
