After the recent passing of my dad, we held his wake here. Everyone who attended, spoke highly of the spread they put on and enjoyed the experience. The staff were amazing with us and the quality of food was fantastic. Highly recommend and will be back!

Yet again an amazing meal! Absolutely love how welcoming the staff are! Freya served me today and she was very helpful, had a few changes to my order (just because I'm fussy) she had no problem in making said changes and even spoke to the chef Sarah, who was also happy to help. Food was phenomenal as always. Keep it up!Amazing job

Just had a lovely meal tonight, steaks cooked to perfection and well presented. Staff very friendly and on a busy Saturday night, very courteous and helpful. Really enjoyed the meal and the atmosphere.

We decided to try food again after meeting up with some friends.We were happy we gave the Rosedene another try.The grill options they now seem to specialise in are an excellent idea.The steak flatbread and mixed grill are easily top 10 quality.There's also plenty of mid week offers running which are a fantastic idea.Staff are energetic and fantastically friendly including the bar and waiting staff.Will return soon!

Good value, tasty pub grub.Large menu, so something for everyone. Hunters chicken was good. I did have to wait 35 min for my food, so service could have been faster.

My old haunt! Many years ago. How its changed. I can quite honestly say, it was the nicest mixed grill I have ever had. The staff were fabulous too. Only criticism was the cocktails. Bogof offer seemed good until you tasted it (ready made out of a bottle it tasted like). Rather pay extra and get a proper one.

Booked a table for two online at the Rosedene at 18.45 for a bite to eat for the first time. There was no place to be greeted so we waited at the bar to let them know we were here for our meal. After a wait we moved along the bar that had a sign that said flaming grill to try and see if this was the food area. A barman eventually came across and said he had no record of our booking on his clipboard. He pointed to a table and said just to sit over there and somebody would come over to serve us. We waited on the hope somebody would come over and see if we wanted any drinks. We waited, and waited and nobody came. Nobody came over to even say they were busy and would see to us soon. So after 20 minutes we left after no service whatsoever. Absolutely rubbish. I've had drinks only at the rosedene last year and had a good night. But I would never attempt to eat there again. We ended up going to The Barnes Toby carvery around the corner and we're treat like respected paying customers.

When I arrived, I felt a really warm and welcoming atmosphere. They have a wide drinks selection which was great for my party. Had a few pints and some lovely food which was cooked to perfection. Would recommend trying the rosedene! You will not be disappointed.
