If you say you are opening at 9am on Monday, Open at 9am on Monday. Staff turning up late and leaving people stood outside for 10 minutes is poor, had to leave to get to work.

Had bad experience with the lady cashier named Deborah. Refused to give me bank statement print out. Started asking questions that why you need the bank statement. The way she was looking at me was like I have done any crime for asking bank statement. I was really upset with her behaviour. Management should take an action on her behaviour.
