Called Thistle Heating Services after my gas fire had failed. Eric sorted out the fault and a reasonable price. Was very polite, clean worker and very thorough. Also provided documented certificate. Excellent service and I would highly recommend him. Will be using him again in the future.

Eric performed a annual service on my boiler. His customer service prior to booking the job was excellent and he was reliable and honest in all my dealings. He identified a problem and resolved it immediately keeping me informed of what the solution would entail and cost. Amazing service! Eric goes above and beyond to make sure everything is perfect. We have had some real issues and Eric has sorted every one of them out. We trust him and he’s also a really nice guy! We’d give him 10 stars if we could. You will not be disappointed - it’s a rarity to find decent tradespeople, and Eric is a master.

My central heating broke down and a trawl of the web brought up Thistle Heating with a pile of 5 star reviews. I'm happy to add another 5 stars. Eric fixed the problem with a minimum of fuss, replaced the faulty part. Professional, thorough and competively priced. I won't need to trawl the web the next time I need any heating services. I'll go straight to Thistle Heating.
