Fantastic cut as always! Nice to see Alan Rowe Barbering has gone to great lengths to ensure you feel safe, with all staff in PPE and 2m spacing between chairs. Great experience, haven't found better in Devon!

Always make a point to visit Alan Rowe when I'm in the area. I can never get a good haircut anywhere else, Sally and Jenny just do it right every time. They're quite friendly and community orientated too, which is nice.

Such an amazing barber shop. Everyone there is lovely and kind and you can book with the same barber every time if you don't like your hair being cut and styled by different people each time you go. It is really nice just to have someone who knows and remembers exactly what you want done to your hair and that you know does it to the quality you want. They have a nice waiting area with lots of advertising for good products. Also kid friendly and has children's books and toys for babies when waiting in the waiting area. Also magazines for adults to read and the radio playing in the background. You always have to book there other than on Drop-In Tuesday" where you just go in and hope for the best. I couldn't recommend it to anyone enough. They are all truly amazing in there."

The ladies are fantastic with children. Both my boys get their hair cut here (2 and 4 yrs) and its always a lovely experience. Such a friendly and welcoming barbers.

My husband has been going to Alan Rowe Barbers for years, since he was a young lad.They are fantastic at what they do but hair aside, the community spirit that oozes from this barbers shop is quite remarkable. They are also very, very accommodating and nothing is too much trouble. The team really do go above and beyond.Just remember the current situation folks and remember , You DO need to book at the moment, it is to protect your safety as well as others - it really isn’t rocket science.Be thankful, these ladies are working around the clock to fit you all in, they don’t need the added pressure of listening to your moans and groans regarding why you can’t just ‘walk in’ in and have your hair cut and lets face it, you know the answer really!!!Thank you Alan Row Barbers - keep up the amazing work xxx

Fantastic family experience run by a wonderful family. Everyone is always given a warm welcome in complete safety in this newly refurbished salon with modern decor. I visit regularly and would not hesitate to recommend to others.

Absolutely lovely ladies and service. The two ladies we had today were fantastic with both my young boys (2&4) we will definitely be coming back. Thank you so much. There are also toys to keep them happy whilst we waited which is a bonus, they were sad to leave :)

Very good service, been going here for years only one upset, their price hike far too much ( my opinion) the staff 1st class second to non.
