Ok, I haven't used KMO Executive travel - ever - which means earlier 1 star rating from me, are not from me they are from a fake account made in my name, with my photo. I feel so sorry for Ken, who is clearly a lovely chap, trying to establish a great business. His correspondence with me over these reviews has been very courteous and professional.Good luck Ken, the person who put these fake comments should be ashamed.

Instead of deciding to make the long journey ourselves from Newcastle-under-Lyme to Lords Cricket Ground we decided to book Ken to do this. This turned out to be a fantastic decision. Ken arrived bang on the agreed times and was a superb driver, getting us to our destination in good time and in excellent comfort. Added to this, he was very friendly and professional and the communication and booking process prior to the journey was very efficient, with prompt responses received. We will definitely be booking with him again in the future for any long journeys. Highly recommended.

We have recently used K.M.O Executive Travel for the 1st time and what an amazing service we received. Ken took us to the airport and Diane collected us on the return journey. Both very professional, punctual and always kept in contact with us throughout. Both vehicles were amazing, clean and extremely comfortable. The bottles of water provided were also a nice touch. We will definitely be using this service again. Thanks Jeanette & Dan from Seabridge.

Excellent service from the moment we booked.Ken arrived on time and made light of the luggage a family of six have. The journeys to and from Heathrow were relaxing due to the driving by Ken and great background music.The plane arrived late but Ken was there to greet us as we entered the arrivals hall. The Mercedes Vito is an excellent way to travel in comfort and we will be using Ken again.
