Was referred here by 111 for an emergency extraction can't say I was looking forward to it however the man that did it was very kind very friendly and reassuring I was put at ease in moments very communicative about what was going to be done and what to expect really appreciated it thank you

I have been mr Souths patient over 20 years.kind,caring, understanding, considerate.very calming and professional man.excellent care highly recommend.

I have had Mr Giller as my dentist for over 20yrs and can highly recommend him. You could not get a nicer person. However, a mistake made by the practice has resulted in me being sent penalty charge notices by the NHS. Having previously spoken to them about it i thought it had been put right until i received yet another today for an increased amount. I rang the practice again. Spoke to a perfectly nice lady who said she'd speak to Mr Giller & get back to me. I've just been rung back by some Asian sounding receptionist whose name i have who sounds like a teenager & who was so unbelievably rude & insolent to me it has left me shaking. She said she couldn't hesr me so i spoke louder. She then accused me of shouting. I assured her i wasn't. When she kept saying it i asked her not to be so rude. I will not repeat the cocky, insolent reply i got. I nearly fell through the floor. If I ever spoke to any client of mine like she did to me id be sacked on the spot. I asked for the name of the practice mgr & had a fight to get it. She was telling me i won't have to pay the charge so i told her i cant just ignore a penalty notice from the NHS & its very upsetting getting them.I have no wish to leave the practice but i will not be spoken to by a member of staff who does not deserve to be in the job.Subsequently, after requesting a call from the practice mgr she was extremely rude, accusing me of being rude just because i was speaking in a upset manner which was purely a result of the upset caused by them. From the outset she was only interested in defending her staff, suggested she did not accept what i was saying even though she was not present at previous conversations, had no clue about how to deal with an upset patient & just tried to turn it all round on me. I wasnt even allowed to tell her the full story as she kept interrupting & then hung up on me.In over 20 yrs i have never before had to make a complaint to this practice until the last 6 months. As soon as i do they dont want to know. Its only through looking online & seeing others'bad reviews that i realise its not just me who feels this way. They need to look at themselves & whats going wrong at their end rather than instantly turning it round on us.So onesided. They can do what they want & if we patients dare to voice any dissatisfaction they don't want to know.

Petrified of dentists, but needed a tooth out! Mr South booked me in at short notice and was kind and compassionate! Would highly recommend to others!All staff are kind and caring.

Just had a tricky emergency extraction here. Full marks to the dentist for explaining the process as he went along which certainly helped. Very friendly service. Already feeling much better a couple of hours later.

My boyfriend recently had change front tooth crown.At first his tooth was grinding too much.Then size and colour were very wrong.How it's possible for professional to do such bad job?Dantist even admitted it.But what is next???He will do grinding again what is left to nothing???

Really good dentist for me. Spoke me though everything he was doing and kept me calm. Would recommend this dentist anyday.

They removed me from there dentist after years of being a patient, after missing just one appointment through no fault of my own. After how many years of being a patient you would of thought they would of been more understanding and simply offered me another appointment. Since being a patient here there is a new dentist, who isn’t as nice as the one I had for years that recently retired. Absolutely disgusting service. Would no longer recommend.
