We decided we wanted to have an arch as the backdrop to our wedding ceremony at quite short notice before the day, and found Bay Wedding Props about a week before the ceremony. Didn't have much hope of getting something, but Clare and Ronald were fantastic in getting us sorted out short notice, even whilst being away for most of the week beforehand, arrived nice and early on the day to set up, and then came back to collect and packed up without us even really noticing. The arch itself was gorgeous as well, great for our theme, with the offer even being put to us of extra flowers being added to the arch to make it look even better. Really lovely products and people, and would definitely recommend.

The care and attention to detail that Clare & Ronald put into my daughters butterfly tea party was just out of this world. From initial contact, to organising, to set up and clear up- it was just seamless and totally stress free. Clare had thought of every little detail and made my daughter butterfly birthday wishes come true. I and my very very happy daughter, would highly recommend Bay Wedding Props for creating that extra special occasion and memories that we will never forget xxx

The movie night dome was a great success for my 10 year old granddaughter. Bay deluxe tents and domes pay special attention to the little details. Contact was spot on, always replying to questions. My granddaughter did not want the balloons but just butterflies, so her wish was granted. Great lighting for the evening and a heater and blankets galore to keep warm. Thank you Clare and Ronald.

Where do I even start?! Bay wedding props were absolutely amazing from start to finish, they made our wedding everything we imagined and more! They took our ideas and turned it into a more wonderful reality then we could have ever thought! Nothing was too much trouble and I cannot recommend Clare highly enough - she took the biggest weight off our shoulders and helped us unbelievable amounts with our planning stage of the wedding… a real life superhero!!All of their props and products are absolutely stunning and I will be using Clare without a shadow of doubt for any future events or party’s we plan.I felt incredibly relaxed the whole morning of the wedding as Clare was setting up and had everything under control and it made getting ready so enjoyable with my bridesmaids. Thank you for the amazing 'Happily Ever After' sign and florals to go with it. It really stood out and lots of our friends commented on how much they loved it.Also, the bottles down the aisle and florals to go with them were just fantastic. So different.Clare did our flowers which I have reviewed on the Bay Blooms Facebook page.Shes just so talented.

Bay wedding props are a very professional company. The balloons they displayed for my sisters birthday were brilliant!! Exactly what we wanted...a big pop of colour. They looked so funky...I never knew someone could make balloons look so cool. Everyone commented on them. They really stood out and really added to the decoration we went for. Would happily use again for another event. Very friendly, family run company. Thankyou for making the party one to remember with ur balloon display!

We hired a neon happily ever after sign from Bay Wedding Props after seeing it at a wedding fair. It looked amazing and we had so many comments on the day of the wedding of how great it looked as part our our cake and balloon display. Clare was amazing to chat with and everything was communicated well. I highly recommend these guys they have some amazing pieces to hire for a perfect day.

My husband and I were absolutely delighted with the service from Clare & Ron at Bay Wedding Props. We found them on Instagram after being disappointed with other vendors on Etsy. We were looking for a foliage moon gate arch for our wedding ceremony and Clare was so so helpful every step of the way. She was more than happy to customise it for exactly what we were after and the end result was stunning! It was better than anything we could have hoped for when we arrived on the morning of our wedding, stepping foot in and the smell of the fresh Eucalyptus Clare had added to the artificial arch was beautiful and totally unexpected. It looked so lush and smelt amazing, which was exactly what we wanted from a foliage arch. We opted not to have any florals in the arch, but I'm sure Clare would cater this to your scheme if required. One thing I had an idea for was to turn the arch into a photo backdrop after the ceremony and asked if one of the Neon signs could be added. This was no bother and Clare and Ron stayed onsite until after the ceremony to set this up. It was hugely popular with our guests who snapped their photos infront of the Happily Ever After" sign to add to our polaroid guest book. Clare was great at communicating on the run up to the day and I can't thank her and Ron enough for making everything perfect. Absolutely amazing service and product which I highly recommend! ♥"
