So happy I found Cabello Hair & Beauty!Becki was my hairdresser and made me feel so comfortable throughout the whole appointment. My hair looks amazing and the color is better than I could have imagined. Would highly recommend!

Called the business prior to appointment to ask how much will tomorrow cost, was told over the phone it will be £90 was then charged £130 on the day- I didn’t have any additional treatment. If you’re going to take £40 more then please do a price breakdown as to why it’s more on the day.The whole point of me asking how much will the service cost is to see whether it’s suitable. I feel like I’ve been tricked by you, there is no honestly or transparency.

I booked Shaz and Zoe from Cabello for my wedding hair and make up. I honestly could not have had 2 better people to get me ready on my wedding morning. They are super friendly and make you feel at ease. Just what you want on the morning of your wedding. They both worked wonders on my hair and make up and i felt absolutely beautiful. I cannot thank them enough for making me feel so gorgeous on my special day. They go above an beyond, and i will always recommend them to anyone who asks me about hair/ make up from now on. Thank you both so much! xx

came in today to get my hair dyed blonde. saoirise did it for me and she was amazing!! we talked through options for what to do with my hair. she kindly got me a cup of tea and a cheeky brekkie ;) when i saw how my hair looked after it was coloured and trimmed i was amazed by the results!! my hair looks healthier and doesnt have a dry feeling which i would usually get when dying my hair. would honestly recommend anyone to go here, the atmosphere was great and everyone is so friendly. cant wait for my next visit :)

I would highly recommend Beckie for hair colouring and styling. She's able to get amazing results in just 1 visit, always able to style/dye exactly as I've asked for and gives recommendations to ensure lasting results. The salon and whole team are very welcoming and always provide great customer service!

After dreadful experiences at other salons i thought i would try here. We couldn't be happier!Myself and my daughter had our hair cut by Saoirse and Ange and they both did a brilliant job! Polite, helpful and listened and cut both our hairs exactly how we wanted! My son returned a week later and Ange cut his hair and he is extremely happy! Thanks so much both! We’ve finally found a good salon !

Highly recommend Cabello’s, Beckie and Louise couldn’t do enough for me, I had booked for a manicure and hair up, Louise went the extra mile to paint my toes to match for my extra special day.Beckie exceeded my expectations to what I asked for with my hair up.Thank you ladies, I had a fantastic evening and the compliments of both hair/nails were overwhelming.

I’ve been to this salon twice now after my previous hairdresser retired, and at first I was impressed by the professionalism and how seemingly well run it was compared to other salons, but after my latest visit I have completely changed my mind.The first visit I had my hair cut by one of the freelance stylists, Megan, and it went fine, so much that I even recommended her to my sister who also paid her a visit. I decided to come back for my next trim when the time rolled around a few months later with one of their main stylists who I won’t name out of courtesy here but is mentioned favourably in many of these other reviews. I tried to book for a colour and cut but the website booking system doesn’t let you book any colour services other than a consultation, which I’ve already had. I reserved the time for a cut and blow dry and immediately emailed to ask if I could add a colour to my treatment. Waited a few days and received no response. Called up and was told this would be fine only to arrive on the day and the hairdresser tells me she doesn’t have time and this was never communicated to her. I was slightly annoyed but understood she wasn’t to be blamed for the error, so I went ahead with the cut. This is where things started to go wrong.My hair before the last trip to Cabello was a few millimetres off waist length and took a very long time for me to grow. I asked for no more than two inches off. The hairdresser was stone cold and silent throughout the cut, I felt very uncomfortable. She seemed so hurried. When I’d come for my first cut with the freelance stylist she had been attentive to my needs, cut my hair incrementally - a little at first, then a bit more and kept showing me to ask if I wanted more off or was happy. But this hairdresser, whose name begins with B, seemed to cut it all in one go without asking me if things were okay along the way. I was absolutely shocked by how short it was after the cut. She had taken a good 4-5 inches off and I’d never asked for that.I got back to the car and immediately saw my hair was unevenly cut - I’d asked for it all one length but the ends were jagged, some pieces randomly shorter than others and one long piece that she’d clearly overlooked because she was in such a rush to finish- see attached picture. A week has passed now and I washed my hair myself to get it back to its natural texture and I am DEVASTATED. When not straightened, it looks even worse. The ends are uneven and it looks so silly tied up in a ponytail now with that long strand trailing out, and the length is just so shockingly short. I feel devastated that my once-complimented long hair has now been hacked off and it will take me months if not years to gain my length back. All I asked for was an even trim. I don’t know how I can even my hair out now and get a better finish on the ends as I am so hesitant to get anymore cut off. I’ve now read the reviews again and have seen another person mention having an unfavourable experience with this hairdresser too, I wish I had read that before booking but unfortunately I only saw the good ones.Giving 2 stars as my first cut with Megan was good, but the second experience was borderline traumatic and absolutely not worth the £51.50 I paid. It’s a nice salon interior-wise but communication is poor and you definitely need to be careful with which stylist you choose… I’m too scared to get my hair cut for a long time now but next time I will go elsewhere.

Saoirse consulted me and offered me her advice on what was best for my hair and was extremely helpful too! The haircut itself was amazing and I got exactly what I asked for. Service was phenomenal and I will definitely be booking myself in again with her. <3
