Pleased with the service, friendly staff, much better lighting than CEX which is important when looking at a pre-owned handheld or phone to check the screen. Which they were more than happy to allow. Good stuff.

Nice shop for grabbing some old classics. My kids love going to the back of the store and playing on the console while I go around repeatedly saying things like I played this game all the time

They have an okay selection of products but their website is a joke, the employees said to avoid using it as it's never been updated for a long time.They are willing to drop the price if you ask as they buy from people that sell to them for very cheap.Overall the people are nice and can hold a decent conversation about tech and stuff which is nice.The website is a massive disappointment they should really work on so people know what's in stock at which store so they can just look online and save people of a trip to the shop and getting nothing.

They have a huge variety of retro and current games. The staff is absolutely wonderful and a delight to talk to. Competitive prices and great overall service.

I bought a mobile phone which would not charge. I took it back to the shop & quite frankly I was treated like a criminal -accused of dropping it in water, damaging the SIM card port & to top it all the manager (who made no eye contact with me throughout the whole sorry process) accused me of having been in the shop earlier in the week complaining. This was simply untrue - I work 6 days a week!I left the phone with them and when I returned they'd managed to get the phone charging. If you're selling a mobile phone please be prepared to wait a while, this is so they can check the device out and make sure it's working correctly and in good condition.It's my 1st sale here and I'm waiting to complete due to the above.
