I took my laptop to these guys to avoid paying Apple prices. Not only did they quickly diagnose the problem, they located and fitted the replacement part within a couple of days. Repairs are pricy and these guys are cheaper and quicker than Apple. They are also easy to talk to and won't drown you in technical jargon.I am posting this review on my repaired laptop.

The external hard drive suddenly broke down, and very important experimental data in it. I had to find this side of the it to help me recover the data.I told him that I can not want the hard drive but must ensure that the data restore, the middle of the communication of the price is more tortuous, but the process of data recovery is relatively smooth.Very kindly shopkeeper ！

I would defo go with these guys again. They fixed my laptop issues and im really happy with the outcome. Having had my laptop for over 8 years its now good as new!!! MAX kept me updated throughout the whole process. They also gave me 3 months warranty if anything.

it’s a totally terrible experience. They will tell you they are cheap and will “promise “ you a price to attract you. Then they will give you an extremely high price and almost equal to Apple Store.Why? Because they earn the zero-cost profit at first whatever your problem is fixed or not. Overall, it’s the worst place to repair your Mac or anything. Don’t come.

Highly recommend. I spilled water on my Mac. Internal damage was extensive. They fixed everything and quickly. I had my computer back in two days with no data loss. Great communication throughout. I would definitely use them again.

Used Titan IT Repairs to upgrade my desktop motherboard because I didn't fancy having a go at that myself. Got a reasonable, transparent quote for labour and parts over the phone and an estimated turnaround time of two days because they needed to order in a part. Job was done in two days and the quote was accurate. Would definitely use Titan again!

Absolutely spot on service. Lovely staff, listened to the problem, gave good advice, quick turnaround time, and top top quality work, even fixed something I didn’t think was fixable (laptop keyboard - I use a usb keyboard usually but it’s lovely to have that fixed too!) left the computer looking and feeling brand new! Will definitely use again and recommend highly. Great value for money!

I was initially apprehensive about taking my mac to a repair shop in fear of how much it would cost, but the atmosphere and no pressure environment at Titan IT repairs put me at ease. I was told the cost up front and it was genuinely reasonable, I am certain it would have been at least 2 or 3 time more expensive to go to Apple directly. Even though they didn’t have my part in stock, I dropped off my mac on Wednesday afternoon and I was able to collect Friday afternoon. Would recommend and would go back. Thanks.

My laptop was overheating when using Adobe software etc and needed it looked at. Max took less than 24 hours to fix the issue and even went further to check over other potential issues. Cant recommend the service higher and was very affordable!
