Excellent experience with feature radiators. Staff were very helpful initially checking that my order was appropriate for our needs. Sadly the initial radiator I recieved was defective through no fault of the company. Staff at feature radiators (especially Laura) were very understanding and accommodating in arranging a replacement and compensation for plumbers costs in good faith. I am very happy with the end result and would recommend feature radiators to others, especially for their excellent customer service. Thank you.

Great cast iron radiator. I had an unfortunate incident in that it failed after a week and there was a leak from one of the joints. It is the after sales service that I felt needed a mention. The radiator was collected very quickly and the leak was sorted. The turnaround time was great and the radiator is a great feature in a newly decorated room.

Worked with Feauture Radiators to get the right rads for a new extension. They gave a super friendly personal service with all the expertise to help at every step, in getting the heat level right to make for a toasty room, working with me on getting the designs for the look of the room I was building and working to my budget requirements. Radiators work faultlessly, have high build quality, look fantastic, arrived on time and the team at Feature Radiators were always on hand for queries. Couldn’t recommend enough.
