Direct Flooring

Third time I have visited not knowing what I wanted just some sizes scribbled down, I have been served by two separate salesmen, who knew exactly what I needed, they worked out my sizes gave me prices and then carried it all out to my car.

Got what we needed with the help of the friendly staff

Kilmarnock store absolutely shocking, staff seemed friendly enough when buying from them, but when I returned the unopened double amount of laminate that was needed, the next working day, the assistant manager who worked it all out, couldn’t seem less interested in taking them back, he also called the area sales manager who was in full agreement with him on the phone, I did ask to speak to the area manager at the time, but that went on deaf ears, but because of his mistake, which he owned up to after his in store boss re-done the calculations and worked it out to be half what was needed, he also seemed happy with that and proceeded to crumple up the plan with the measurements in which I took hold of before it went into the bin.Here’s what they would do for me: They would refund one box of laminate, and give my mother who is 93 years old a credit note for the other boxes, which she will not be needing any time in the near future, the two of them seemed to be quite happy with their decision.I would like you to explain how my mother has to pay for a mistake that one of your employees made?I did phone the help line and spoke with a very understanding lady, said she would get the area manager to call me back, the staff member who served me gave me a call, and gave me an email address which didn’t exist!This situation could have all been resolved on the same day!

Great selection of flooring. Staff member was not interested in fulfilling our requirements and too busy smoking outside. We ordered the flooring we saw online from a different company a bit cheaper too.

Great Service from Drew Baird very personable and knowledgeable. Advised best products for my Hall and Kitchen.

Visited store just to have a look and query on prices etc on their flooring, the guy who served us did not seem interested to help us at all. he never asked if we needed any assistance on anything etc just came out his office and stood watching us, it was only until we asked about prices etc he came over. when asked a opinion on something his response was ''I'm not aloud to give a opinion'' bit of weird response especially when your supposed sell us the product. Disappointed on service as they seem to have good reviews from other people who have bought from them :(

Very good staff who certainly new there stock. A wide range in prices & plenty of choices. The flooring we wanted had to be ordered & we were in no hurry so 6 to 8 weeks wasn't an issue, however the staff sourced stock from another store & we received our order in a couple of weeks.Must restate my dealings found the staff to be prepared to go that extra mile.

Very helpful staff and good range of flooring and undelays across a wide price range. I bought Kronotex Exquisit Plus. . quite pricey for a bedroom but turned out to be well worth it. Really good quality and less than 4 hours to lay by myself . Looks fantastic
