I was looking to have the hair on my shoulders and back removed when a friend recommended London Sugar Waxing. I booked an appointment not really knowing what to expect as this was the first time having hair removed this way.I was greeted by Ray who was incredibly understanding and kindly took the time to tell me how sugaring works. My friend was right, Ray is a gent and I couldn't have asked for a more professional and genuinely friendly guy.The room is comfortable, spotlessly clean, and it has a really calm vibe. The procedure itself, in terms of pain scale, was so much better than I had expected; indeed, I would go so far as to say the pain was very mild. I think this has something to do with the sugar product Ray uses, his experience and being made to feel at ease by the surroundings. The result was exactly what I hoped for, completely hair free and any signs of hair removal had disappeared by the time I reached the gym (immediately after leaving the salon).I absolutely recommend London Sugar Waxing, its conveniently located on Upper St in Islington, so it's very central and well connected. Ray is great, he's friendly, professional and his treatment room is very comfortable and incredibly clean. In terms of pricing, I did some research prior to booking, and it's the most competitively priced in London.If you looking for hair removal, you certainly can't go wrong with a visit to this salon. I'll definitely be returning for another sugaring.
